The staff was not only accommodating and professional but went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the warm breakfast bar was a great start to our days, and the location near various restaurants and businesses was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the modern amenities we needed. the hotel's outdoor heated pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing under the Phoenix sun. Despite having to leave early due to unexpected circumstances, the staff's understanding and kindness left a lasting impression on us. We will definitely be returning for future visits, thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality we experienced at Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix - East Mesa in Gilbert.
